We are looking for a Receptionist/Client Relations Representative to be the first point of contact for new and existing customers.  For new customers, this involves gathering information to complete a quote.  For existing customers, you will assist with policy inquiries and/or direct clients to one of our specialists as appropriate; listen and guide customers through the claims and billing processes along with the team.  You will also help us with our agency contact program to proactively reach out to clients to schedule policy reviews and other administrative duties and special projects as needed to support our clients and team.

Expectations/Requirements:

  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and in person client inquiries
  • Provide a "wow" factor level of service to clients
  • Complete outbound calls to obtain insurance expiry dates, ensure client satisfaction, call clients on their birthday, schedule annual client reviews, set and confirm appointments.
  • The successful candidate shall be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
  • A general insurance licence is preferred (or able to obtain)
  • Double vaccination is required for the safety of our team members and clients (Vaccine exemptions will be considered for reasonable accommodation as required under applicable law.)
